Delete Your RugbyPro Account
You can request deletion of your RugbyPro account and personal data here — no sign-in required. This page works even if you have already uninstalled the app.
What happens when you request deletion
- We send a confirmation link to the email address — only the account owner can confirm, so nobody can delete your account just by knowing your email.
- Once confirmed, the RugbyPro team completes your deletion request, usually within 7 days.
- Your login account is permanently deleted.
- Your personal contact and identifying details are removed from any club roster you appeared in, and sensitive medical records linked to you are deleted.
- Shared club data — fixtures, results, squads, statistics — belongs to the club and is NOT deleted when an individual account is deleted.
- If you own a club, the club and its members' data are not deleted; ownership is resolved with you first.
- Subscription, payment and security records may be retained where required for accounting and accountability — these contain no login access.
